Kumschick Sports Cars AG is presenting a highlight of motorsport history at the SWISS CLASSIC WORLD in Lucerne (Stand 207, Hall 2): the original Lotus 97T/4 driven by Ayrton Senna. With this Formula 1 car from the 1985 season, Senna celebrated, among other achievements, his first Grand Prix victory in Spa and secured multiple podium finishes as well as pole positions – a true piece of racing history.

A technical and design icon of the turbo era

The Lotus 97T impresses with its Renault V6 twin-turbo engine producing 850 hp, a carbon fiber monocoque, and carbon-ceramic brakes – an uncompromising race car of its time. Its black and gold John Player Special livery makes it an unforgettable design legend.
