Here you will find all the information required as an exhibitor for professional preparation and a successful appearance at the Swiss classic car fair SWISS CLASSIC WORLD available for download. In addition, we have also provided some essential information directly here that you will need for planning as well as for setup and dismantling.

1. SCW2026 SCHEDULE & TIMES

 

The following schedule generally applies to the construction, implementation and dismantling of SCW2026 from May 29 to May 31, 2026 in Lucerne:

 

                Structure of exhibitors:             Thursday, May 28, 2026 / 11:00 am to Friday, May 29, 2026  / 11:00 am

                Opening times SCW2026:          Friday, May 29, 2026 / 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm

                                                                      Saturday, May 30, 2026 / 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

                                                                      Sunday, May 31, 2026 / 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

 

                Exhibitor aperitif:                        Friday, May 29, 2026 / from 7:00 pm in Hall 4

 

                Auction classic car gallery:       Saturday, May 30, 2026 / 4:00 pm to around 6:30 pm

 

                Removal of exhibitor stalls:       Sunday, May 31, 2026 / 5:00 pm to Monday, June 1st 2026 / 12:00 pm

2. WORK PASSES, PARKING PASSES, EXHIBITOR DOCUMENTS
 

The work passes (wristbands) and the final exhibitor documents will be provided to you on site during setup. They can be collected at the organizer’s office at the entrance to Hall 2.

3. EXHIBITION STAND CONSTRUCTION & EXHIBITION SERVICES
 

For stand construction materials as well as setup and dismantling of your booth, we continue to offer a convenient solution that you may use either in advance or directly on site: our exhibition construction partner 3-D-ART.
